Host agrees to respond to Guest inquiries and requests as quickly as possible, providing assistance or information whenever needed.

Host acknowledges and accepts that Guests may be arriving from long road trips and may not be dressed formally. Host agrees to offer a place to sit, rest, and sleep, along with clean bathroom facilities and a place for Guests to clean themselves.

Host agrees to meet Guests upon arrival, conduct an orientation around the property, and introduce them to family members if applicable.

Host and their family members agree to respect Guests and provide a quiet and comfortable environment for them to rest.

Host agrees to offer Guests the safest available place to park their vehicles during their stay.

Host agrees to explain any additional services offered to Guests in detail and agree upon pricing in advance.

Host agrees to provide Guests with directions and guidance on the local area, including how to navigate the roads safely.

Host acknowledges that they must accept bookings in order to expect Guests to arrive.

Host agrees to check Guests in upon arrival and check them out upon departure. During check-in, the Host must accurately record the number of Guests present.

Host agrees to provide Guests with clean and appropriate room conditions for resting.

Host agrees to provide Guests with emergency contact information for local authorities, ambulance services, taxi services, and other relevant services.

Host agrees to be kind, courteous, and not pushy towards Guests during their stay.
